Applying to grad school may seem to be a daunting process, but you don’t have to go through it alone! Come join us for an information session and chat with UBC Philosophy professor.
Professor Chris Stephens, Chair of Undergraduate Studies will be there to share their insights and answer your questions about grad school applications. From asking for references to preparing writing samples, be sure to come with your own questions.
This session will address two main questions:
(1) Should you apply to graduate school in philosophy?
(2) How does one apply to graduate school in philosophy?
Topics discussed will include what sorts of factors are relevant to being admitted. Questions will be encouraged.
