Congratulations to Marc Hewitt and Shereen Kotb, who have won the 2015 David Ricardo Essay Prize.
Marc wins for his essay entitled “Mill’s Economic Method and Verification,” and Shereen wins for her essay entitled “Ricardo’s Theory of Mechanization: A Philosophically Inconsistent Theory.”
This prize is awarded annually to the best essay in PHIL 363/ECON 319, due to the generous donation of Richard Ritson, a decendant of David Ricardo.
