Congratulations to UBC PhD Tian Jie

Congratulations to Tian Jie, who defended her dissertation this past year (on “collective responsibility”), and who has accepted a tenure-track assistant professorship in the School of Philosophy at Renmin University of China in Beijing. This is a teaching and research position, and TJ hopes (and is expected!) to develop analytic political philosophy into a major area of study at Renmin.
